Jos started working with CAIS as a bank support worker about 12 years ago. Before this she worked in a shop, and continued doing so whilst providing bank hours at Ty'n Rodyn.
Jos then became a contracted member of staff, and undertook NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care. She was delivering group work (Relapse Prevention) and key working clients and really enjoyed her role, but felt she wanted more. She has recently completed NVQ level 5 in Leadership and Management, and became the deputy manager of Ty'n Rodyn in June 2014. Since April 2015 she has been managing Ty'n Rodyn and is waiting for her registration to come through. She thoroughly enjoys the new role.
On a personal level she is one of four girls (two sets of twins!) and lives with her partner and two dogs, Sandy and Mab, three chickens (Gwen the hen, Dora the Eggslporer and Henrietta) and a prize winning cockerel called Richard!! She enjoys walking, running (she completed her first half-marathon in March this year) and socialising.
